App privacy policy effective 5/1/2018

Our privacy policy is very simple, and based on one premise:

1. All data, including pictures and video collected for an inspection is private.
2. In the process of providing technical support for a subscriber or responding to a bug report, we may need to access individual inspection reports for a subscriber. All information is still treated as confidential, and we will not disclose it to anyone outside our developer and technical support teams.
3. We may gather usage data (anonymously) to discover ways to improve our product.
4. As the product continues to develop or cloud hardware and software advances, we may find that the storage format for the inspection reports needs to be updated to stay compatible with future revisions. Any time this happens, we will have an automated process perform this conversion. We may, at that time, examine report data to ensure that no data is lost in the process.
5. The inspector's email address and customer email addresses will not be used for any marketing purposes.
6. No one not associated with ChimSpect Software, LLC and NSP Systems will be permitted access to any of your data, unless we are required to provide said data to comply with a legal search warrant or court order.
